This is our "toughest" most rustic icing it dries fast and extremely hard. Please note it dries matte and slightly bumpy when fully dried.
Rockin Hard Icing Ingredients: Yogurt Powder, Non-Fat Milk Powder, Modified Tapioca Starch, Egg Whites, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Apple Pectin, Granulated Rice
Drying time: 8 - 12 hours
Drying "finish": Matte (no shine)
Dry Mix expiration: Varies between 6 - 12 months (see each package for date)
After applied to your treat and air dried the icing takes on your treat's shelf life.
